Refund Policy

1. Within 7 days: a full refund

Within 7 days of paying, you can ask for a full refund of that payment, for any reason. The membership that payment bought ends when the refund is made.

2. After 7 days

Membership is digital content that can be used as soon as it is paid for, so a payment is not refunded after 7 days. Your membership continues to its end date.

The exception is our fault: if we stop selling membership, or the site is unavailable for a long time because of us, you are refunded for the unused whole months (see the Terms of Service).

3. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We reply within 3 working days.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through PAYUNi. How soon it appears on your statement depends on your card issuer, usually 7 to 14 working days.

4. Nothing renews by itself

No plan renews or charges you again automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not buy again, your membership simply ends on its end date.
