Fubon Financial (2881) Says Taipei Fubon Bank Obtains Public Affairs Management Center of Taipei City Hall Right-of-Use Asset
Fubon Financial said Taipei Fubon Bank will continue leasing space on the B1 and first floors of Taipei City Hall for branch operations, covering 429.86 ping with a right-of-use asset amount of NT$65,082,059.

Lease covers B1 and first floors of Taipei City Hall
Fubon Financial said, on behalf of its subsidiary Taipei Fubon Bank, that the bank obtained the right-of-use asset for the B1 and first floors at No. 1, Shifu Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City. The asset will be used as banking premises under a continued lease.
The space covers 429.86 ping, including 294.64 ping on the B1 floor and 135.22 ping on the first floor. The right-of-use asset amount is NT$65,082,059.
The total rent is NT$1,262,535 per month. The lease runs from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031, with monthly payments.
The counterparty is the Public Affairs Management Center of Taipei City Hall, an agency of the Taipei City Government. The announcement identifies the counterparty as a related party of the company.
The announcement said the related party was selected because the right-of-use asset meets the company's operating needs and the bank will continue leasing it. It said the price was determined through tendering and negotiation, with an appraisal report used as the reference, and that the chairman was the decision-making authority.
The appraisal amount for the right-of-use asset from Zhanmao Real Estate Appraisers Joint Firm was NT$69,114,931, before tax.
