Wiwynn Signs Three-Year, US$1.52 Billion Syndicated Loan

Wiwynn (6669) said it signed a three-year, US$1.52 billion syndicated credit agreement with a syndicate of lending banks on October 14, 2026.

Taiwan Cooperative Bank served as the mandated lead arranger and facility agent. The credit term runs for three years from the date of Wiwynn’s first drawdown.

Wiwynn said the proceeds will be used to strengthen medium-term working capital and meet funding needs for long-term equity investments.

Wiwynn’s board approved the arrangement of a three-year, US$1.5 billion syndicated credit facility on August 7, 2026. The facility amount could increase or decrease within a 20% range, and the final signed amount was US$1.52 billion.

The company said the syndicated loan would have no impact on its finances or operations. Restrictive covenants, undertakings and other material terms will be handled in accordance with the syndicated credit agreement.
