OMV completes corrective measures for lending limit breach

Hon Hai (2317) said its subsidiary One Mobility Voltaira GmbH (OMV) had lending balances to One Mobility AutoKabel GmbH (OMAK) and FIT Voltaira Morocco SARL (FVMA) above the prescribed limits in August 2026 because of a net-worth adjustment. Hon Hai holds a 70.92% stake in OMV.

Hon Hai said OMV terminated the lending facility for OMAK because it had not been used. For FVMA, another related party provided a loan to FVMA to repay its borrowing from OMV.

Hon Hai said all corrective measures for the lending limit breach had been completed by September 29, 2026, and that it had urged OMV to carry out the improvement plan as required.

Hon Hai said the announcement was made in accordance with instructions in a September 30, 2026 letter from Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission.
